Olira Türkbükü Booking and Accommodation Policies

A. Facility

Under Olira Türkbükü Facility (“Facility”),

  • • 44 units:
    • 2 3+1 Suites,
    • 21 2+1 (5 of the rooms has an extra room for caregivers/ helpers),
    • 21 1+1,
    • 2 open pools,
    • 30 m2 multi purpose communal area,
    • Gym,
    • Spa with a steam room, Turkish hamam ve 3 massage rooms,
    • 2 Cafe & brasserie, 1 is located at the lobby and the other one is right by the pool at A Block that serves breakfasts, snacks, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.
    • 50 parking spots in total. Each unit will have their own private parking lot.

B. More Information on the Accommodation and Booking Policies

  • • Rooms are available to book for the whole year round.
    • Our guests can use the amenities, including the gym and the 2 pools without any additional fees. However, breakfast or any other dining/drinking services are not included in the rooms fees and must be purchased by the guests.
    • Aside from the gym and cafe & brasserie at the lobby, which are operational year round, all other amenities will be open to service between May 1st to October 30th.
    • Minimum stay at Olira Turkbuku is 14 days,
    • The max amount of guests that a one-bedroom suite can accommodate is 2 adults.
    • The max amount of guests that a two-bedroom suite can accommodate is 4 adults.
    • The max amount of guests that a three-bedroom suite can accommodate is 6 adults.
    • In order to optimize living space and maximize the guest experience, kids older than 5 years should be considered as adults when looking at suite capacity. The number of kids per household cannot exceed the number of rooms available in the reserved suite.
    • Our guests can complete their check-in procedure and start on their accomodation upon paying the accommodation fees and the deposit in full. (50% at the time of reservation and the rest, on the day of the check in)
    • In addition to the accommodation fees, our guests will be asked for a deposit payment (duration of the stay X 1000 TL). The deposit payment can be done via credit card (the amount will be blocked in their credit cards) or in cash. On the day of the check out, the unit will be inspected for any damage that might have occured during the stay. If no damage is found, the full deposit amount will be refunded to the guest within the next 7 business days after the check out date .
    • All the reservations between May 1st- October 30th can be cancelled by the guest with at least 1 month notice prior to the check in date. Should a booking be cancelled within the month prior to check in, the deposit paid during the booking won't be refunded.
    • Should guests wish to end their stay early for any reason, the remaining days until the scheduled check out will not be reimbursed
    • Prior to guest check-in, the rooms will be fully cleaned by our staff, and guests will be asked to sign a list of items the suite comes with.
    • Please be advised that you must be at least 18 years old to check-in to Olira Turkbuku
    • Check-in is at 2:00pm and check out at 11:00am. Should guests need an earlier check-in or a later check out, our staff will help make those accommodations depending on the availability of other suites in the facility.
    • ID registration is required by all guests and any visitors they might have during their stay. Guests who do not present their ID will be denied entry on the premises. Guests cannot stay in any other unit other than the one they have reserved. If guests will have visitors who spend the night, suite capacity needs to be considered. Should the amount of total people in the suit exceed the allowed capacity, their stay will be terminated and no refund will be issued.
    • Visitors of any guest staying at Olira Türkbükü, will have to pay an extra fee to use the amenities. This includes the pools and gym. This fee will be charged to the guest on behalf of the visitor. Please reach out to our management for pricing information.
    • Utility fees (electricity and hydro) are not included in the accommodation fees. Guests are obliged to pay the utility fees at the time of check out. Each unit has its own electricity and hydro meter that will be used to calculate the cost. The meters will be reset at the time of check-in.
    • Cleaning services are included in the accommodation fees. Cleaning is scheduled once a week and our staff will be providing clean bed sheets and towels for our guests. This service is mandatory, and guests cannot opt out of it.
    • Should a guest desire extra room cleaning service per week, or want to take advantage of our laundry and ironing services, a request can be made. Note that the extra services will have additional fees.
    • Smoking or vaping are strictly prohibited indoors.
    • Since the units are close in proximity, we kindly ask you to be mindful of the other guests when it comes to noise levels, such as playing loud music on the balcony or patio.
    • All of our units are equipped with a washer/dryer combo. Hanging clothes to dry on the balcony or patio is not permitted.
    • Leaving personal belongings in the common areas, as well as leaving any shoes or sandals outside of the unit door are not permitted.
    • Olira Turkbuku are not pet friendly. Pets are not allowed anywhere on the premises.
    • Personal belongings cannot be used to "reserve" loungers around the pools, tables at the cafe & brasserie in absence of guests. If unattended items with the intention of "reserving" a spot are detected by our staff, the items will be removed.
    • Guests can order food from restaurants outside of the facility to their own units. However, no food and beverages ordered from outside the facilities can be consumed in the communal areas such as the pools or cafe & brasserie
    • Barbecue or grills are not permitted in the units. This includes the balconies or patios.
    • The gym is open between 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
    • The pools are open between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
    • Children have to be under the supervision of their parents or guardians in the pools, at the gym and other common areas.
    • Inflatable beds and toys are not allowed in the pools in order to not disturb other guests.
    • Guests cannot make any re-arrangements in the furniture inside or outside the unit they are accommodated in.
    • Olira Turkbuku are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings of the guests during their stay.
    • The accomodation of the guests who are violating the rules and policies written above and disturbing the peace and tranquility of other guests' stay will be terminated by the facility. Under these circumstances, the responsibility will fall on the guest and they will be asked to leave the premises. No refund will be issued.
